Are you saying it comes up randomly on the screen, even when you’re not in a field that wants part of your home address? I’ve seen this issue before.

Sometimes, simply restarting the computer will make it go away permanently or for a while. Otherwise, I recommend installing a software update. Are you on macOS 14.7.4, which I think is the latest version of Sonoma? Or, is anything holding you back from upgrading to macOS 15? If not, I recommend it.
