Dim display or white light break through

I have had two units with a dim display and one where the there is white light break through on the right hand edge, is? a replacment display the cure? what else could cause this? ? what does the -15V do and the +12 V do from the BUK converter, PS I have had a few 100?H inductors die (in the Buk inverter) , but this will effect switch on. ? 73 ? 9h1kr #42849 Hi Andrew, I came across a Ic-7300 at a very good price and kept on working like nothing happened, came by at the right time too.?
