Check the absorption of the power supply, check the contacts of
the cable with the power supply and with the radio and finally
check the fuses along the cable itself, they must have a solid
electrical contact

I've owned my 7000 since new. Recently upon attempting to TX
on hf the radio re-starts. Any ideas before I send it off? Tried
different antennas same result. Haven't tried vhf or uhf.
