Thanks Steve,? I have checked the diagram in the service manual and see the circuits involved.? The 13.8 VDC is good.? The problem is Hsend or Vsend does not go to ground as expected when going to transmit.? It looks like either the relay is bad, or a burned trace on the board. I suspect the relay is bad, since neither pin 3 or pin 7 will go to ground.? I am 82 years old, and not competent to work on these extremely small components.? Will look for someone to do the repair.? Any suggestions who might be able to do the repair? John, N0JA
