I was trying to understand what the V2 in your subject line referred to, which I thought was obvious from my first sentence in the post.? The point of the rest of my post was that referencing only the prefix of the serial # doesn't usually establish a hardware revision, you need the full Serial # or most of it at least.? Since you don't sign posts with your call sign, I don't know where you are.? I assume perhaps the UK and thought maybe there had been a new version released, since the UK and EU had new prefixes, which I don't remember seeing any mention of on this forum stating how they differed.
