?Have you put a watt meter in line with the radio and measured the TX output power and antenna SWR?
Second question, have you tried using another radio and see if you can hit the repeaters your trying to hit?
Third question, have you tried to listen to you radio with a portable or another radio to see if you can hear voice from your radio under test and the CTCSS tone required to open the repeater your trying to hit.? This will require you to listen to the repeater input.?
These are the simple tests that will point you in the right direction if the radio is having a problem.?
Jim?

hmm. ?Stupid question, since I’m sure you’ve tried this - but are you able to reach other repeaters? ?When I was having a similar problem none of my repeated access worked, and I ended up putting all the repeaters in memory using CHIRP.

As I said in the original post, offset is correct -600 and CTCSS tone is correct for my local repeater 110.9, have tried various filter widths in case it was something there but no go
