Welcome to the club :-) ?When it happened to me, I sent it off to the local ICOM distributor, who repaired it under warranty and promptly returned it to me with no hassles. It is disappointing that the radio has this weakness, but the after-sales support has been good. Lucky when it happened, I had just finished building a CW rig for 40m, so I was still able to get on air while waiting for the repair. 73, Matt VK2RQ
