Oh yes, the 4-pin molex connector. I hate that thing.
As Brian mentioned if you put some tension on it and wiggle it from side
to side it will slowly start to come loose. I thought I was going to
rip the radio part of the connector out the back of the radio the first
time I tried it.
What I ended up doing was to use a small flat blade screwdriver. If you
pull on the back on the connector you will see a small gap appear
between the two parts of the connector. I inserted the screwdriver in
that gap to carefully pry the the two parts of the connector apart until
it finally came loose.
The reason I used the gap between the two halves was I did not want to
risk putting tension on the radio side of the connector and end up
pulling it loose from the back of the radio.
