RF is getting in to radio. Try to route coaxial cables away from other power or microphone cables, or any other cable that might provide an inductive path for rf energy to reenter radio. The same thing happened to me.

hi guys , i have a strange problem in 80m when push ptt full or about middle pwr the radio change band automatically?for example 20m or change operative mode , practically goes crazy, only in 80m?this happens?, the swr is about 3 or more , the mic is original , the antenna is single harm like bb6 un un 9:1, the power supply 30 amp, when i utilize about 30w or less all is ok..... Any info about . tnx.....
