I don't have the link handy but you can download it right from the Icom site. That's where I got mine.

I just use the PDF of the manual as well. It's well written and easy to
follow. I find videos are to clumsy for me, as well as needing to find
the time to watch them. But I've never been one who can simply watch
from a demonstration.
