Not sure why a public safety agency would go with Nexedge, sure seems counterproductive to the whole concept of Interoperability and to what APCO is pushing. My guess is at some point (probably sooner rather than later) they will regret this move.
That said, there are several Nexedge groups on YahooGroups. I think you would be more likely to find your answers to this in one of them. Or on a scanning group.
