10-15 days just to post the trans is insane. How long to actually get reimbursed? I doubt IBM even asked these kind of details. I’d contact the ESC & file a complaint. If that doesn’t work, escalate to the plan administrator. I finally got my HRA debit card this wk but my spouse hasn’t. Crazy given it’s already Jan 14th.
