My go-to references for high-speed digital design have always been the two books by Dr. Howard Johnson and Martin Graham:

Re: USB scope pcb's.
That's somewhat interesting to me, since I have a project in mind that
could use a couple of 4Ms/s ADCs. If you posted the schematics or layout, I
would take a quick look.
I'm wondering what the

Re: HP LJ2100 1200 DPI Driver?
I had the same problem with a scanner - made me rather mad to say the least!
I got around it by installing "Windows XP Mode" on my Win7 system which
runs XP in a virtual machine.

USB scope pcb's.
I have been developing a range of usb pc oscilloscopes.
I am on version 23 now.
This has given me time to improve my pcb layouts using PCBCAD51.
Some of my early designs were poorly routed.

HP LJ2100 1200 DPI Driver?
Hello All,
Nice group..
For years I've been using the PCBfx foil product for making homebrew SMD PCBs. My printer, an HP LJ2100 supports 1200DPI prints. It is an excellent reliable PCB printer.

Re: [OT} Anyone know of a group where I may get 3d printer advice ??
Welcome!
It all depends on your direction...ie, where you want to go with this. I'm a machinist, and my bent is toward accuracy and producing parts that fit together. Others are interested in making

As listowner, I would prefer the discussion of 3D printers take place elsewhere.

I'd be happy to help off this board. I have TEVO Tarantula, Endr3, CR-10, CR-10s, Flashforge Creator Pro (woody).? Of those, best bang for buck is Endr3 IMHO

Asking about models of 3D printer is probably like asking which microcontroller is best. You'll get a lot of people with different opinions, some of whom will let you know how much they hate brand X

Sorry about the OT post - but given the use of CNC to engrave PCBs it
seemed the closest match of the groups I have joined.
I am looking for advice on buying a 3D printer - I am on a limited

Re: Tracing paper and HP Laerjet 1020
I'm using Craft Essentials 110gsm tracing paper from HobbyCraft in the UK. I find tracing paper works well for UV exposure and I've had much more luck than with transparencies.
I did eventually get

Re: Tracing paper and HP Laerjet 1020
For UV exposure, you have to go for transparencies with lase print.
. you may print two such and carefully overlap to increase the darkness of
black while UV is lit.

Re: Tracing paper and HP Laerjet 1020
Is toner transfer dense enough for photo UV exposure, which is, I assume, the OP's method? There is no extra heat process of hot iron onto the board (which fuses the toner) with UV exposure.
I've
