The zip file contains files with "kicad" in their names. Presumably they were made with the Kicad PCB design package. I'm not familiar enough with Kicad to say if the files are good and sufficient. If you don't get an answer here, you can try at? [email protected], along with some recommendations for PCB makers that can accept Kicad files.
