A knee jerk reaction to some acid
attacks. You need a license to purchase over 15% concentration
unless it is in a battery. You can get up to 2 years in jail for
possessing or selling the stuff without a license.
To get a license you have to pay (of
course), get a doctor's report and have a clean record with the
police.? If you have had any mental illness or depression in the
last 10 years forget about getting a license.
