Hi,
I do have several B-200 for sale - the B-100 is kind of rare, actually I have never seen it around. The thing is only if you need a US version of the B-200 I can not help you. All I got are european.

I have checked and found that I have a couple of B-200, all without the original bench. I assume that the bench was never sold in our country!
I have equally checked the condition of the first one and it works all fine, looks good, and I will have to charge you 4000,- Dkr. I do not know the exchange rate to the dollar at the moment, but I assume you can figure it out.
