I doubt that it could be anything in the pre-set panel, anything
there could be expected to affect both drawbar presets and the
presets. Worth checking that there are no stray wires shorting
between the bus-bars, although if there were any, I would expect
the symptom to be a constant "beehiving" type noise, rather like
you get when you press two presets down. The only wiring that is
unique to the B preset is the key contacts under the B key, and
the wiring from those contacts to the drawbars. From your
description, I can't deduce any scenario that would explain the
symptoms. If this were on the upper manual, I'd look at the
percussion switches and wiring as well, they are particular to the
upper manual B preset, but as this fault is on the lower manual...

Thanks Chris. ?For what it's worth, I shifted the busbars for the
lower manual after discovering this issue and that did not change
anything.
For my own peace of mind, I went back and checked the A# as well
as the other pre-sets on the lower manual. ?They were not
affected, nor were the other drawbars on B. ?Everything I
described in my previous post is accurate.
Could there be an issue with the pre-set panel in the back of the
organ? ?Thanks again!
