I'm sure you just jiggled some tubes loose in transit. With the organ off and the tubes cooled down, pull the back off and move the tip of each tube gently in a circle about 10 times. This will help clean the sockets in lieu of a proper cleaning. Then, power up the organ, and listen for crackling. If it's still there, take a wooden chopstick and gently prod each tube to slightly shift it in its socket. Usually this will help locate the noisy one. Once you've found it, turn off the organ, let the tubes cool, repeat the process, concentrating on the noisy tube socket. You can try pushing in and pulling out the offending tube numerous times. If that fails, clean the tube socket with De-Ox-It or something similar. You should probably disconnect the amp and take it out in the open, so you can keep the cleaner from getting all over everything else. DON'T use tuner cleaner, or anything else that leaves a residue. Don't EVER use WD-40. We will all hunt you down and take your can away! High voltages present in tubes will take shortcuts across the oily residue, with disastrous, but often hysterical results.
