Re: [hammond_zone] XB-2

I really haven't messed with the fold-back, but I will work with it, and
maybe that will work. I the foldback set up like a B3.
Thanks for the tip and I will let you know.

I have a version 2 XB2 in the workshop at the moment. Have you tried
changing the drawbar foldback? If your not sure how to do it i'll play with
some settings and see if I can improve it...The software version upgrade
wont change the core sound, although it does give you much more control
over the parameters.
(see )

The XB2 does have limitations with its sound..it sounded awesome 10 years
ago, but we have come to expect a little more..thats why Hammond released
the XK2 (and the lighter XB1) ...whatever, dont leave Hammond for a
copycat:)

I am a new member of the group, and I want to know if anyone in the
group is using an upgraded XB-2. The upper octave is shrill, and I
have tried all types of programming to get some more guts out of the
upper octave. Any suggestions would be helpful.
