¿ªÔÆÌåÓýOver 30 years ago I bought my M101, it was 3 years
old?then and during the 70's I had it split?by Mike
Phillips?after I saw the Pedlars and realised?how it could be done. I
sadly covered?my 'M' with black vinyl as I was doing gigs with it at the
time and the polished surface was starting to look extremely scratched.
?
It is still working along with my 145 leslie but
has developed a hum due to the capacitors starting to fail but many of
the?valves (tubes) are still original and it still sounds great. I have an
original Hammond service manual which has helped me keep this beautiful
mill?working.
?
I am now trying to?get the cabinet back to its
original state but what I need is an M cabinet without the guts. My M is made
from really thick plywood not the chipboard cabinet that many of UK made Hammond
'M's had.
