I have found that Tom has a lot on his plate but he will get around to your order or email enquiries as soon as he can. CTR Engineering is pretty much a one man show.
Yes, shipping costs are calculated and advised specifically for your order.
Bieing retired and in Australia, I accept that everything takes time, so I don't mind if it takes a while before he can address my questions or order. I'm very patient.
Anyway, his stuff is all very good and well worth the wait.
