Previous General Manager
At a hearing on 11 January 2012 in the Bedford County Court, ?judgement in favour of the Society was granted against its previous General Manager in the sum of ?40,038.80 plus fixed costs of ?840 which sum is payable immediately. The judgement debt is to be repaid in full by ?31st May 2012 after which the Society may take enforcement action to recover any outstanding sums. ?In the meantime, the Court has granted leave for the Society to apply for a charging order now to establish security for the debt.
