I have got a answer why the South East Has not got the Allocation.
?
Ofcom consider it a Interfernce risk to Europe, as they do not have the Allocation, the Nov is only being issued on a Temporary Basis, And part of it states There must be no Interference with existing spectrum users, they consider the risk to Europe too Great.
