We are having difficulties? here with email as our laptop will not communicate with BTmail. All our group addresses? are held on the BT system, that includes the addresses of? " Clifton maritime mobile" which means now we cannot circulate the group.? The last mail sent on Suzanne's tablet using her Gmail a/c? when we had type in all the addresses individually this took ages.
I am sending this to you so that you maybe able to circulate those members who are on the G3GHN reflector.
Since our QSO on 20m? we have been surrounded by icebergs in fact as type this? several hundred bergs are visible most large enough to do serious damage to the ship. Hence we are weaving through this 'ice field'. Two of our ports of call have been cancelled .
Colin (G0U?K) emailed me to say although he saw me on me on the RBN? he
could not hear me. Poor conditions? and being located in deep mountainous
fjords? are probably the reason.
Saying that, we have had the occasional good contact, namely into Japan and UK and the USA.
We? intend to be on the air most days, mainly in CW on 15, 20 and 30m, wx permitting.
