An answer to this may start an OS thread that will be never ending. Both
have their advantages and disadvantages. I have owned both and still
continue to use Palm OS.

terminal, what is the best software for transferring that message
onto a LAN that is being operated by the municipality that I am
working with?
Sorry, can't help here. I would imagine that Win CE may more LAN
friendly but not sure. Hope that others can help.
