Did you try to enter it as a Split and explicitly enter the TX freq?

Ok,
I got the patch and now I can save and upload files to and
from the FT-817 using this software.
I am trying to program a 2m repeater with an odd offset (Not
600) and although I am able to get the numbers in the
software, once I load the file and try the radio, it is not
transmitting on the input freq I put in the software, it
appears to be simplex.
