bridge the "first four jumpers".
They both describe the same modification, just different phraseology!
Not necessarily, because IIRC the US unit has the third, fourth and fifth
jumper present. If the second phrase were to be followed it would add the
first and second but not necessarily delete the fifth.
So I have found different interpretations, but unlimited TX capability has
been achieved at least in mine, by having only the first 4 jumpers
installed.
