MFJ only sells one version of the walkabout antenna. I ran across a company
in the UK that carries 3 different versions an atx-wbn the BNC antenna and
the atx-w38 which has the 3/8 thread mount and the atx-wpl the PL259 version
ofthe antenna. The Antenna is not Made BY MFJ. The name of the company is
WATERS & STANTON and the URL is . When you get there do
a search for walkabout. This will show you all the different versions
including the monoband versions of this antenna. Good Luck and 73's

The orginal question was about the MFJ walkabout antenna, not the MFJ window
mount antenna.
I Too, wud like to know, if anyone has one and how they work. I have also
seen a version in our data folders on yahoo, and wud like more info then
just the photos.
