I didn't even receive a wall wart with mine, just a (~22g) zipcord with a DC plug on one end and bare wires on the other). I bought it from a reputable shop so I wouldn't expect anything to be missing. I also noticed when I opened the case to add a Collins CW filter that one of the pins on the board for the filter was bent over at about a 30 degree angle. It straightened without any difficulties so I didn't worry about it but now I'm wondering if maybe my rig was a return.
