The $7 power supply mentioned earlier would likely be a better match than the power supply you linked to on Amazon. The $7 PS is made for industrial applications and likely handles larger power draws better.
Also, the $7 PS can be adjusted up to 14v, as mentioned on the MFG datasheet.
I ordered 3, and with shipping and taxes it worked out to $11/ea (< $34 for all 3), I'm sure I'll find QRP applications for that little PS.
