Thanks Ken for the reply and link to the article on maximizing power when running the FT-817 on battery power, good information.? ?My concern with the HOWEASY 120 solar generator is, as Joe points out in his reply, that if 10.1 volts is the maximum available at full charge, how quickly will it drop off in use to an unacceptable level.?
