Opinions vary on whether the Chinese units are worth using. While it is
generally agreed upon that they do improve frequency stability,
apparently quite a few - if not most - of them visibly increase the
noise floor.
If I were you, I would either grab one of the really cheap Chinese
modules or go for the original TCXO-9. Unless, perhaps, if you can find
someone with exactly the same Chinese module who has thoroughly tested
it AND could test your unit once it has arrived.
