I have a problem with a FT817nd which the frequency display module cracked on me, I made the mistake of packing it inside a suitcase as a check-in and when pulled it out I found the screen was cracked. ? I contacted Yaesu and they insisted?I needed to replace 2 items which if combined was around $600 as my son mentioned for that price would be like buying a new radio. ? Anyone know where I can get this item its been at the repair shop for nearly a year due to the covid19 situation. ?
