Yep, I just found one of the cheap cable splitters on eBay. Haven't used it yet, since the FT-818ND has been diverted to packet.
Noting the available amps for the 817/818 most do not have the pass thru. My buddy has one that does.?
If they have physical band switching and a "PTT" you should be ready to go.
