you will need to plug the data looking mini din plug in , I fits the socket near the antenna socket, that will give the amp the TX line switching from the radio ,?you say you have already got this socket in use , you will have to make up a adaptor cable so you can use the tx pins for the amp as well,

Absolutely no instructons with it, I connected it up and connected both dc leads to 13.7V PSU but no rf amplification taken place...power meter indicating 5W from the rig only.? ?I suspect it must be controlled via the rig. It came with a bag containing what looks like to be a 2.5mm stereo jack plug plus either a data plug or a cat plug, I'm not sure which.? ?I'm registered blind so cannot see well enough to identify them correctly!? Does anyone know if the lack of these connections stops the amp working?? If so, how on earth and where on earth do you connect these up? The data and cat sockets are already in use with my FT8 DIGITAL connections, so, I want to use the amp with the rig uncontrolled via the rig.
