G’day, I have the above mic on my 817 (the DTMF is handy).

The RJ45 locking tab on the mic lead broke, so I replaced it this morning
and all is good EXCEPT I am having a brain fade on what functions P1 and P2
buttons have.
?
P1 enables Fast tuning (and still does after the repair) but P2 doesn’t
seem to do anything – I cannot for the life of me remember if it did in fact
have any function or have I dot a crook connection in my replacement RJ45?
?
Anyone else with this mic can refresh my memory regarding any function of
the P2?
