How burner coming.
It is so basic it hard to believe.
On my burner was 4" ips and the gas line was ?"ips at 45° weld into the 4".
The blower was from WW GRAINGER for forge

If you saw how old foundries did casting was very simple.
In 1950’s foundry sand that use by most foundries was soil aka natural bond sand. Equipment need sand cutter. Mainline to a breakup

FYI
Most that build a burner for a foundry what play with the lathe.
My best tool was good welding machine on 240 volts . First one I use stick welding? the next I used fluxcore welder a lot

I used water pipe for lp burns 1,000,000 BTU
For oil burns I use a 500,000 BTU from a home heater. Note need Change the oil orifice (most burns you find has 60,000 to 200,000 Btu orifice) . A orifice
