6 series AD6-41 - 16" planner thicknesser wanted

Paul Curme All Messages By This Member #118403 This is a wish list item , But I thought I would list this on the off chance that there is some one out who knows of one of these lurking un-used or surplus to requirements in the UK or Europe Single or 3 Phase , 4 Knife cutter block a prerequisite. Preferably S coupling rather than F Coupling? (so that the current stock of extensions fit.) but not essential. Willing to refurbish so condition needs to be mechanically complete with all major components intact. Will consider machine with electrical issues but this will be reflected in the price. Variable feed speed would be nice but not essential. If anyone knows of one this side of the pond please let me know, Thanks

But in the US these were not popular machines at all after 2000 the us market for Felder AD? Open up a lot with the new design changes especially with JP design they are still using today. I used to work the trade shows and exhibitions with the original UK Felder franchisee in the early and mid-nineties, we always had one at every show and they always were of great interest but always difficult to sell. I know there are at least 10 in the UK but I doubt very many more than that, so I am certain that the probability of finding one as close to zero as it can get.
