Geoff, Please Help

Hi Geoff,

When I checked my personal e-mail this evening, I found that I had
over 100 Felder egroup messages. Could you please suggest a way that
I can turn off all messages from being forwarded to my e-mail account.

Also, I noted that there is no longer a Vault Icon since the upgrade
this weekend or am I not accessing the system the right way.

Thanks,

Hello Rod
I got your message to Geoff!

Rod,

Go to the web site, and on the left-hand side there is a list of categories.
The second item from the top should be "Subscribe." Since you are already
subscribed, this will let you set your subscription options. You can set
your subscription options to "read on the web page only" instead of "e-mail
delivery." If that doesn't work out let me know, and I will set this option
for you.

As John mentioned, since the "replumbing" of the eGroups site last weekend,
the Vault is now known as "Files."

Reading the postings on the web page is one way to reduce hundreds of
messages cluttering up your in-box. Another way is to set up a "filter" or
"rule" in your e-mail program to sort messages into different folders. In
this case, you could have to sort messages into a folder based on the words
"[felder-woodworking]" in the subject line.

I enjoyed your visit the other day - hope we can do that again.

..Geoff

Geoff, thanks for the great hospitality on Sat., I really enjoyed
meeting you and seeing your shop set-up.

Also, thanks for the info about the web page. As soon as I have read
all the new messages I will go back and fix my subscription defaults.

For sure we need a BBQ this summer to get all the local Felder users
together. Maybe we could do a BBQ once every six months or so with a
different Felder owner hosting each get together.
