Re: 3d printing help
I thought you had a Ph.D in Rhino CAD. Send me a dimensioned sketch or annotate the photos with dimensions and I will model it for you in Fusion and send you a STEP or STL file. You can get it printed

Re: OT: What totally unexpected things you have found in the shop
I once found a puddle of brownish oozy goo below one of our two Reznor heaters. The unit would not operate either. The culprit ended up being an unfortunate squirrel who must have been looking for

Not as exiting as a rabbit, but I found a black widow. I start operating a machine, just to find out I have a black spider crawling on my hand. Luckily the machine wasn't running (and I wasn't

Re: Help Ripping - just got my first sliding table saw. Felder k700s
I have the narrow rip capacity machine, 32" or so. I've had my machine up against walls a time or two and always left 49" or so from the blade to any unmovable obstruction on the right so I could

Re: Bowmouldmaster Install Issue
David, how do you connect Bowmaster to the Profil shaper (where has a dust port fence of 140mm)? Do you have a reducer from 140mm to 120mm or do you use a dedicated hose?

Re: Bowmouldmaster Install Issue
Hi David, Thanks for the reference. It never fails, I looked through the index (obviously not carefully enough) and the section 7 in survival guide before asking the question. Completely missed the

Re: Bowmouldmaster Install Issue
Nate, In my case, the hose from my std. shaper hood also fits this larger BMM hood. There is a smaller BMM hood as well and I don¡¯t know it¡¯s port size. Probably mentioned in the survival guide.

Unrelated question, What is the Bowmoulder dust port size?

Re: Bowmouldmaster Install Issue
Imran - from page 226 in the Survival Guide - this would be for KF700, but the F700 is similar. Trunion bolts only exist on pre-X-Roll type machines which I believe is what you have. Check the webbing

Thanks Teboma. Rotating is definitely an option. I should have mentioned that I eyeballed it but my OCD, won¡¯t allow it. Hi Tom, Thanks for sharing your experience. By omission, I assume you have

Re: Bowmouldmaster Install Issue
Hi Imran, I had a similar issue when drilling for the 220mm Bowmould on my TF-130. As Teboma suggests, the easiest solution is to simply rotate the template to avoid existing obstructions. In my case,

You will see references to "Mac's clamps" on here. A member- Mac Campshure- builds pneumatic clamps that are probably the best upgrade as far as for use and safety. I would recommend looking into
