Re: Upgrading slider
I still thinks it is better than hand wheel, but for almost additional $2k, I would expect something more refined.

Re: Upgrading slider
Yeah, it¡¯s on my planer and drives me nuts there too. It¡¯s not refined enough to be easy to dial in.

Re: Upgrading slider
This comes up often. System is not w/o flaw. Give it a sharp tap. After practice, on occasion I get a 10 thou advance vs 5 thou. This on a Dual 51. Imran Malik

Re: Upgrading slider
Bummer :/ Luckily for most operations on the table saw, I don¡¯t need to set the hight to 0.1mm accuracy. I can¡¯t imagine having this mechanism on machines like planer or shaper.

Re: Upgrading slider

Re: A3-41 Parts Diagrams
Jeff, I have received manuals from Felder for at least 2 used machines. I prefer a soft copy as it is accessible on my phone and computer. Manuals stay in a safe place but I do pull them out when

Re: A3-41 Parts Diagrams
Jeff, There is C3-31 (full combo) in the files section which may give you some idea. I suggest that you ask you Felder sales person to provide you with a copy. He/She will send you a link to download.

My C3-31 came with english operator's and setup manuals, but the parts diagram legends are all in german. The parts and circuit diagrams themselves are decent, my german is not. I picked up a used

Little backlash should not be a problem you see a little room for the screw to turn. You¡¯re always adjusting. your final position against the thread or up so little loose would be better than too

The nut is NANA (Not Available in North America). I intend to order one "just in case," but it will take a while to get here.

Re: Hard to turn angle/tilt wheel on K975
Coming back to this issue for closure... I raised the table and removed the UHMW nut (58). The nut appears to be cross-threaded for about 1/4 of its length. This would normally be difficult to do with
