OK, I just can’t help myself when it comes to these carts. So here is my perspective. I have the Barth 500V in my shop and love it, but frankly it’s not terribly robust as a scissors-lift cart.

PK, would you mind sharing photos of your Rangate cart top? I was going to use ash or maple for the top. Wondering what other creative things folks have done.

On mine two casters swivel and lock the wheels from moving. Two others swivel or lock in alignment with the frame and table. This description looks accurate -

Could somebody on here who has a Fat 300 S lift table confirm this description detail Felder states about this table. See attached picture. Circled in red describing the castor configuration.

Found the Rengate page. They offer a “300 Large” model, but not sure of the exact frame dimensions.

As an FYI, when I was thinking about the Rangate cart before I went with the Husky, Greg at Rangate (this was in August, 2022) told me they can make a top in any size I want and can even have the 22mm

Thanks everyone. I ended up ordering the Rangate cart with 4 locking casters. I assume it will be here sometime next week. I’ll share photos once I get a top built.

Yep — they are pretty great although I’d like another two locks. It’s only an issue when on a very unlevel portion of my garage floor.
