Felder sells one made by RUWI for Hammer as well, but it is quite expensive, especially since a basic version can be made very cheap by oneselves.

There are a lot of Taiwan sanders that are decent choices here. Houfek also makes a lot of smaller sanders. I don't know if they are Easter Euro , Taiwan, or China though. The EMC sourced machine
