I would like to try some new screws for plywood cabinet carcasses.?I called the local Wurth and they only have 2" in stock, but I can order any size they do not have in stock. So, what size is a good size for 3/4 plywood. I currently use 1.5" screw from rockler, but this is what I have and no idea if good or not.

Fortunately I wasn't moving too fast or I think I would have sheared off the tip of my finger. I have a new handle to make one of these days to make it safer. The original steel plate had so many sharp edges that kept hitting me in the chest (at my height from
the chair) that I took it off, maybe not such a good idea in the long run.

A handle with a hole in it makes it really easy to stick your fingers too low and get caught as you are sliding the table forward. I have a handle and got my finger mashed a good one in there… so having a bottom to it to keep errant fingers out of harms way
is a good idea.
