Mac and I have discussed this before. I believe he started with two plastic and lightweight drums. Then cut off the ends of the drums. What¡¯s left is a plastic cylinder sleeve. Put the sleeve on

The next size up is where you should be starting looking, since you've mentioned power feeders IMO.
Just to comfortably use a Woodmaster CT, or other carbide blade, which need more tension.

Use your parallel fences¡ that¡¯s an operation that they excel at. Pencil mark your two square sides so you don¡¯t cut them, and then set the fence to cut the angle on the other two sides.

I have a S45n and the biggest problem for me is the blade tension wheel is on top of the saw and I find it difficult to use as I am only 5'4" tall. Despite what MM recommend it will not tension a 1"

I have a geared head? Arboga Swiss made DP and you will often see them for sale in Oz but they are all 415v 3 phase. A great drill that is improved by adding a VFD for infinite speed control. The

I recommend you alter your workflow to make parallel cuts to the left of the saw blade using the crosscut stop in conjunction with a parallel fence stop. This is discussed in the two articles
