I did mine myself. It takes some time but does make you more familiar with the machine. There wasn't much calibrating to do to mine other than fences.
The fence that comes with the machine is okay for jointing, not for the table saw. If I were you I would upgrade the fence or buy an additional fence for sawing. I wish I had, as I am now waiting for my upgraded fence to get here from Felder.

I would also order a few table extensions for jointing and planing longer boards. You will also need one additional 310 mm rail to attach the the outfeed of the planer
I would also order more blades, as my c3-31 comfort package only came with 1 blade and a scoring blade. I have been more than happy with the Felder silent power blades.?
