I'd go slow on that recommendation. The Comatic feeders are heavy, and expensive. James, have you put a Comatic feeder on a Hammer? I haven't, but I'd be worried about weight on a lighter machine like the Hammer. And the value for money proposition is a consideration.?
The OP didn't give his name, but I would ask a separate question to the FOG: do any of you have a Hammer feeder, and do you like it? Does it work well? Do you ever wish for the bigger "Felder/Comatic" versions?
Warm regards,
Lucky

Get Comatic power feeder, 3 or 4 wheel with standard or smart stand. Lots of folks here replace their Felder F48/F38 with Comatic power feeder

Hi,
Been following the thread on the KF700 recommendations and was wondering what the power feeder recommendation for a B3 would be? Should I go with the standard Hammer 3 wheel and the folding mount bracket option or is there a better unit or other options I should consider?
Looking to use the shaper for some cabinet doors, v-groove glue ups, and maybe some molding. Although I¡¯m finding more options in the router bit world for molding.
Thanks.
