OK.? I got to the collar to adjust the 90 on the spindle shaft.? I found that I have a larger issue.? The horizontal threaded shaft is loose where it exits the side of the machine (where the handle is) .? The 90 degree collar is actually holding the shaper from swinging toward 45 degrees.? It seems that there must be something missing that keeps the shaft inside the cabinet but able to turn at the same time.
