I just bought a AD 941 with the spiral cutter, euro comfort, and power drive.
I paid 11k out the door if that helps for a comparison, You can get a quote from felder to see what a new equivalent unit goes for, and I dont know much but I would tend to lean towards David B advice as he knows a lot about all of this stuff. Offer 5k and see where it goes

I was concerned when you mentioned the AD751 because those are certainly not worth $7400.? I think Felder discontinues the AD751 in the early 2000s and I think they had some problems. ?

Maybe other have a better idea if a newish AD741 is worth $7400.

It appears to be in great shape would 7,400 be a fair price
