Good to know on the PM2800B. Looking at the exploded parts diagram, it looks like those drill presses use an entirely different mechanism than the 2820EVS, so whatever the issue was on the 2800 it shouldn't affect the 2820.?

David Davies, thank you for the reminder on the Willis machines. Far more drill than I need, but impressive looking machines nonetheless!?

So far the Powermatic has performed well, hopefully it will have a nice, long service life....?
